These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through www.naavian.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@naavian.com.
1. The Agreement
The agreement consists of these Terms of Sale, information provided on the website, and the order confirmation. In the event of any conflict, mandatory consumer protection laws shall prevail.
These Terms apply to consumer purchases. Consumers may have additional rights under applicable local laws depending on their place of residence.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law.
We accept secure payment methods, including but not limited to:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Local payment methods such as Vipps/MobilePay (where available)
- Other approved digital payment solutions
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Naavian does not store full payment card details.
For international orders, import duties, customs fees, or other local charges may apply. Such costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
A binding agreement is formed when the customer receives an order confirmation by email. Naavian reserves the right to correct or cancel orders affected by obvious errors in pricing or product information.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Estimated delivery times are stated on the website and may vary depending on destination and logistics.
Naavian is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer when the product is delivered to the customer or their designated recipient.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within a certain period after receiving the goods, depending on applicable local consumer protection laws.
Where a right of withdrawal applies, the customer must notify Naavian within the applicable time limit and return the product in substantially the same condition as received.
Products may be opened and inspected to assess their nature and characteristics, but use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video documentation where applicable
Consumers may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
Naavian may withhold refunds until the returned item has been received or proof of return has been provided.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Sale are governed by Norwegian law, as the seller is established in Norway. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights available to customers under the laws of their country of residence.
Consumers may have the right to bring disputes before their local consumer protection authority or court.
