Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with all tags attached, in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@naavian.com and describe the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. For faster assistance, include clear photos of the item and, if relevant, a short video showing the issue.
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
When we receive your return, it will be inspected. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Some items are not eligible for return. This includes items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer, items missing tags or original packaging, returns requested after 14 days, and items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Naavian does not cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items. Naavian is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
