1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may increase during high-demand periods or due to supplier stock fluctuations.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, including your tracking number.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because of demand and season, please expect these estimated delivery times:

3. Shipping Costs And Duties

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size. Customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

4. Tracking Information

All orders include a tracking number. You may track your shipment via our Track Order page once available.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address details are complete and correct. If you submitted an incorrect address, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page.

We can only modify the address before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, we cannot reroute, replace, or refund orders due to incorrect address information.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” by the courier but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, building reception, or local carriers.

Naavian is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. For packages lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
