1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Handling time may vary slightly during high-demand periods or due to supplier stock fluctuations.

  • Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email including your tracking number and estimated shipping information.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to customs delays, shipping carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight/size and selected shipping method.

  • For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, import fees or local clearance fees may be the responsibility of the customer if not covered by us. This depends on shipping incoterm (DDP/DDU) — we will inform you before shipping.

  • If you are in a region with VAT/GST (e.g. EU), local tax rules may apply. Contact local authorities for guidance if unsure.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number or link.

  • You can track delivery status via the courier’s official tracking system.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package — please check with family, neighbors or building reception, then contact us if the package is missing.

5. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure the shipping address you provide is complete and correct at checkout (street name, number, postal code, city, country).

  • If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately via our Contact Us page.

  • We can only correct the address before the package is shipped — once shipped we cannot guarantee rerouting, replacement or refund due to incorrect address.

6. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

  • We are committed to help you track your package or open a claim with the courier when applicable.

  • However, once a package is marked “delivered” according to the courier’s tracking system — we cannot assume liability for lost or stolen parcels.

  • If a package is lost in transit (status “lost in shipping”), we will support claims, but resend or refund depends on courier insurance and investigation outcome.

  • We recommend customers contact local postal/courier authorities immediately and report to us within 7 days after expected delivery date.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • For damaged or defective items received: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the package and products.

  • We will arrange either a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • After an order is placed, we are generally unable to add, remove or change items, quantities or the delivery address — as processing and fulfillment begin immediately.

  • If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may only be accepted before the order is dispatched — otherwise refund or reshipment cannot be guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer & Exceptions

  • Shipping times are approximate and exclude weekends, national holidays or extraordinary delays (e.g. customs, weather, carrier backlog).

  • We reserve the right to update or revise this shipping policy at any time — changes take effect immediately and apply to all new orders.
